He was born Dec. 15, 1921 in Greenville.
Funeral services will be held Sunday Jan. 3, 2010 at 2 p.m. at Wayman Chapel AME Zion Church with Rev. Janice Ingram officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Surviving are one sister Josie Little of Baltimore, MD, Seven children Hattie Jones, Johnny David, Wyetta Segar, Thomas Davis, Gracie Young and Ronnie Davis.
A public viewing will be Saturday from 1 p.m. until 7 p.m. at McNeill Funeral Home Chapel.
