Justin Pankey celebrated his first birthday on Dec. 20 at the Ellerbe Lions Club. Justin is the son of Mitchell and Shannon Pankey. He is the grandson of Watt and Barbara Pankey, and Carl and Sharon Puckett. There were approximately 70 family and friends that helped him celebrate.
