Ella Popowich celebrated her 2nd birthday at her home Nov. 7, 2009. Dora the Explorer was her theme. She turned 2 on Nov. 3. Ellie is the daughter of John Popowich and Selena Ortiz of Hamlet. Her grandparents are the late Ronnie Ortiz of California, John and Robin Terry of Rockingham, Eva Popowich of Rockingham and Steve Popowich of Cordova. Great-grandparents are Norman and Peggy Harding of Rockingham, Ray Ortiz of California, the late Robert Grooms of Rockingham and the late Emil and Harriet Popowich of Cordova. In addition to her parents at the party were family and friends.
