The RCGOP will also host the eighth District Quarterly Meeting in conjunction with this celebration. Guests include: David Black 8th District GOP Chairman from Cabarras County, Lou Huddleston of Cumberland County 2010 Congressional 8th District candidate and Darrell Day of Richmond County 2010 Congressional 8th District Candidate.
Also speaking will be other elected local Republican officials.
