The City of Rockingham Parks and Recreation Youth 16 and under soccer team sponsored by Maness Tire and Automotive won the 2009 tournament championship game Wednesday night by defeating Unique Stone 5-2 in overtime. The team is coached by Bruce Benoist and finished first during the regular season with a 7-2 record.
