Of the cases brought to the court, 19 of the defendants were already in custody and held in either the Richmond County Jail or within the North Carolina Department of Corrections system, according to court documents.
n Robert Michael Gathings of Rockingham, was found guilty of felony assault with a deadly weapon with intent to seriously injure. He was sentenced to 11 to 14 months in the department of corrections, suspended. He is to have no interaction with the victim while on probation.
n Pamela Valtina Cromortie was found guilty of felony larceny. She was sentenced to five to six months in the department of corrections. A civil judgment has been settled with the place of business.
n Antonia Lynn Nelson entered a no contest plea to misdemeanor communicating threats. He was given a prayer of judgment.
n Charles Thomas Bloomfield entered a no contest plea to felony possession of marijuana. He was sentenced to four to five months incarceration and at the expiration of the first sentence will serve another 10 to 12 months for felony possession with intent to sell or distribute cocaine, suspended.
n Angelo Hosea Davis was found guilty of felony maintain a vehicle, dwelling or place for controlled substances, He was given an active sentence to serve 30 days in the Richmond County Jail.
n Felisha Dunlap Huntley was found guilty of two counts of misdemeanor financial card fraud and sentenced to two 45 day sentences in the department of corrections, suspended.
n Johanna Ann Johnson was found guilty of misdemeanor injury to personal property. She is to serve an active 10 day sentence in the Richmond County Jail.
n William Tendrell Lockhart was found guilty of felony possession with intent to sell or distribute marijuana. He was sentenced to six to eight months in prison, suspended.
n Terry McLain was found guilty of common law forgery. McLain will serve 20 days in jail, suspended. McLain will also pay a civil judgment to the victim.
n Jesse James Rodriquez was found guilty of a level five driving while intoxicated violation and possession of a stolen firearm. He will serve a 60 day sentence and at the expiration will begin serving a four to five month sentence, suspended.
n Tina Marie Rushing was found guilty of felony financial card fraud. She will serve an eight to 10 month sentence in the North Carolina Department of Corrections, suspended.
n Tommy Lee Smith Jr. was found guilty of misdemeanor assault on a female. He will serve a 75 day sentence, suspended. He is also required to take anger management classes.
n Joshua Lynn Starling was found guilty of felony possession of marijuana. He was given a 45 day sentence, suspended.
n Harold Dewayne Wall was found guilty of felony possession with intent to sell or distribute cocaine. He will serve an eight to 10 month sentence with the department of corrections, suspended.
n Lekisha Renae Pendleton was found guilty of common law forgery. She will serve a 45 day sentence with the department of corrections, suspended.
n Matthew Thomas Winfield was found guilty of possession of stolen property. He was sentenced to eight to 10 months in the department of corrections, suspended.
n Defendants found in violation of prior probation conditions who were sent to serve suspended sentences include: Robert Ray Brayboy, Curtis Lee Britt, Shannon Lee Cummings, Angelio Davis, Napoleon Latawn Ellerbe, Marcus Antonio Byrd and Matthew Adam Scott.
n Defendants found in violation of probation conditions and sentenced to electronic house arrest include: Emory Larry England and Karen Ann Perdue.
n Defendants found in violation of probation conditions who received a modified probation sentence include: Jackie Everett, Jimmie Chris Farris, Samuel Leroy Gathings, James Coty Griggs, Diamond B. McBride, Natasha Denise Smith and Benjamin Franklin Wall II.
