Chloe was born October 3, 2009 in Richmond County, daughter of Lisa McLendon Arbia and Jeffrey Scott.
Survivors include her mother, Lisa McLendon Arbia and father Jeffrey Scott, her paternal grandparent, Loretta Scott Goodwin, her maternal grandparents, Aleane Heaton and Wesley Bunn and one sister Trista Renee’ Hanselman.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather Fred McLendon.
