Delores Foreman, RCRSP treasurer, Claudette Browning, RCRSP chair, Sandi Keyser, District 8 RCRSP president, Anna Thomas, RCRSP president. Richmond County Retired School Personnel sent three representatives to the District 8 leadership retreat held in West End. District 8 president Sandi Keyser conducted the meeting where the goals for 2009-2010 were discussed and voted on. The District 8 handbook was revised, presidents received grant information, treasurers and membership chairs studied the forms required for their responsibilities in the local units.
