I would like to take a moment to publicly recognize two outstanding local businessmen. This past weekend Richmond County hosted two regional events that benefited my business and employees.
Kudos to Chris Dewitt and Steve Earwood. These two local promoters/organizers/businessmen consistently promote Richmond County as a destination point. The economic benefits of these events year-round positively benefit many sectors of our local economy. The “fringe effect” benefits local hotels, restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations and many other establishments. All of which contribute sales tax dollars to this county and state, and sustain employment for local residents.
So, on behalf of my staff and other business owners, I would like to say “thank you.” We appreciate all you do. It’s people like you, independent entrepreneurs, who will help turn this economy around.
