A graveside service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, September 16, 2009 at Forestville United Methodist Church Cemetery with Rev. Larry Talley officiating. Visitation is following the service in the church fellowship hall.
Mr. Tuckr was born August 8, 1930 in Anson County, a son of the late Will K. and Ruth Henry Tucker. He was a veteran of the United States Army having served during the Korean War, a member of Victory Baptist Church and was owner and operator of Unisex Hairstyling in Rockingham and retired after 25 years of service.
Surviving are his children, Chuck Tucker of Lake City, FL, Michael Tucker of Lilesville and Joanie Tucker of San Antonio, TX; his brothers and sister, Tony Tucker of Mint Hill and Sam Tucker and Margie Tucker both of Lilesville and his eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
