Allen Eugene Ivey, 39, a volunteer fireman with Northside Fire Department, was charged with two counts of attempted indecent liberties with a minor for specific acts committed online with what he thought was a 13 year old female.
Detectives with the Rockingham Police Department assisted with the investigation by executing a search warrant at Ivey’s residence on Sept. 3. Mr. Ivey was confined in the Alamance County Detention Center under a $5,000 bond.
