She is the daughter of Jane Frances Farley and Timothy Coleman Barber of Greenvlle. She is the granddaughter of Marjorie Warr Barber and the late Bernie Coleman Barber of Hamlet.
A sophomore at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, she is majoring in Spanish and Chemistry. Cooking, reading and gardening are her hobbies.
Her father will serve as her Chief Marshall. Assistant Marshall is Ryan James Himic of Wilmington.
