Legends Cars take the green flag for one of Friday’s feature races in the Battle in the Carolinas at Rockingham Speedway. Cars hit the track again today for a full day of racing.
Rain forced cars off the track on Wednesday, so the feature events washed out will be made up today.
“We’ve got a bunch of hardware left to give out,” said Rockingham Speedway President Andy Hillenburg referring to the numerous trophies that will be handed out to race winners today. “There is still of lot of racing left before we close the book on the inaugural Battle in the Carolinas.”
Cars hit the track this morning for practice and qualifying at 9:30 with feature races rolling off at approximately 11 a.m.
Pit access is $50 for all classes on Saturday. General admission for spectators is free.
