She was born June 2, 1932 in Norman, a daughter of the late Ed and Janie Brock Greene. She was a homemaker and a member of Hew Hope Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at Carter Funeral Home Colonial Chapel in Rockingham with Rev. Tony Ingram officiating. Interment will follow at Norman Cemetery.
Mrs. Ingram is survived by her husband, Sanders Thomas (Tom) Ingram, two sons, Rev. Tony Ingram of Newnan, GA, Randy Ingram of Murfreesboro, TN., two daughters, Regina Amell of Whetstone, AZ and Tamie Schumann of Newnan, GA; three brothers, William Greene of Hamlet, Ray Greene and Herman Greene, both of Augusta, SC; three sisters, Dot Allen of Pembroke, Mary Gathings of Lilesville, and Evelyn Covington of Myrtle Beach, SC; 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Friday at Carter Funeral Home of Rockingham from 6-8 p.m. and other times at the home of her granddaughter, Toni Maples, 116 Roberdel School Road in Rockingham.
