A driver gets ready to participate in practice Sunday for this week’s “Battle in the Carolinas” at the Rockingham Speedway’s “Little Rock.” The races begin Wednesday and go through Saturday.
Races featuring Bandit, Young Gun, Outlaw, Young Lion, Semi-Pro, Pro, Master and Thunder Roadster classes begin each day with practice beginning at 9:30 a.m. with main events slated to roll off at noon and run until 3:30 p.m.
“We are looking forward to four great days of racing at the ‘Little Rock,’” said Rockingham Speedway President Andy Hillenburg. “It should be a great event.”
Pit access is $25 a day for all classes, except for the Pro and Master, which are $35 per day or $100 for the four-day event. General admission for spectators and camping outside the track are free.
