A notice will be mailed to Mineral Springs students within the next few days.
No transfers will be allowed unless the Title 1 School of Choice application is completed and returned to the office of Cindy Holland, director of Federal Programs, at the Richmond County Schools central office in Hamlet. Additional applications are available at Mineral Springs Elementary School. Applications will also be available at the central office reception desk. The deadline for submission of the application is August 14. Names of the students approved as transfers will be sent the following day.
