Two teenagers, 18 and 19, were standing outside their motel room on West Broad Avenue, Rockingham, when robbed of their cell phones.

Police said the victims had been walking and arrived at their motel room when a car pulled up beside them and five or six men got out. They were said to have scarfs over their faces.

The victims told police one of the men had a gun and told them to give them their phones. One of the victims was hit in the head.

Both phones stolen were valued at $75 each.

Arrests by Rockingham Police Department include:

n Amy Linette Oxendine, 34, Fairmont, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of worthless check. She was released on a written promise to appear in court.

n Jesse Junior Gaston, 44, McArthur Drive, Rockingham, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on charges of driving while license revoked and a rear lamp violation. Bond was set at $500.

n Angelo Lopez Cummings, 45, Laurinburg, was arrested on charges of larceny and second-degree trespass. Bond was set at $5,000.

n Amon Locklear Jr., 19, Winston-Salem, was issued a citation for driving while license revoked, revoked tags and an insurance violation.

n Kenneth Mikel Matthews, 18, Winston-Salem, was issued a citation for simple possession of marijuana. Police seized 2.6 grams of marijuana during the arrest.

n Donna Sue Miller, 43, Walnut Lane, Rockingham, was arrested on misdemeanor charges of assault and battery and assault on a child under 12 years of age. She was held in Richmond County Jail until a judge set bond.

n Rebecca Sue Reese, 35, 2nd Street, Safie, Rockingham, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of larceny. Bond was set at $500.

n Mitchell Dejuan Gibson, 24, Quail Hollow, Hamlet, was arrested on a felony charge of larceny by employee. He was released on a written promise to appear in court.

n Mario Jermaine Williams, 28, JFK Drive, Rockingham, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on charges of driving while license revoked, failure to reduce speed and hit and run. Bond was set at $500.

n Jillian Nichole Hayes, 24, Hideaway Lane, Hamlet, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of larceny. Bond was set at $1,000.

n Atora Dijiana Dumas, 17, Main Street, Ellerbe, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of larceny. Bond was set at $1,000.

n Crystal Ann Yancey Stirk, 34, Shannon Drive, Rockingham, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a charge of driving while license revoked. Bond was set at $2,000.

n Daryl Wayne Dunn, 35, Shannon Drive, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a charge of allowing a dog to run at large. Bond was set at $500.

n Phillip Dewayne Graham, 25, McColl, S.C., was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of trespassing. Bond was set at $500.

n Sarah Hunt Marshall, 54, Pembroke, was arrested on a warrant for failing to appear in court on charges of resisting a public officer and soliciting from the highway. Bond was set at $1,000.

n Lakisha Denise Lilly, 18, Wadesboro, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of larceny. Bond was set at $500.

n Shinese Colston, 16, Wadesboro, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of larceny. Bond was set at $500.

n Allen Bruce Green III, 29, Aberdeen, was arrested on a warrant for failing to appear in court on charges of speeding, driving while license revoked and a revoked license tag.

n Miguel Angel Gomez, 21, U.S. 1 South, Rockingham, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on felony charges of larceny and identity theft. Bond was set at $20,000.

n Marco Antonio Cintron, 40, Tulip Circle, Rockingham, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on charges of driving while license revoked and revoked license tag. Bond was set at $500.

n James Steven Greene, 42, Ardsley Road, Rockingham, was issued a citation on a charge of simple possession of marijuana.

n Teresa Bostick, 20, Brown Street, Rockingham, as arrested on a misdemeanor charge of simple assault. She was released on a written promise to appear in court.

n Christy Leigh Robinson, 28, Ghio Road, Hamlet, was issued a citation on a charge of simple possession of marijuana.

n Brynton Tyquan Jones, 19, Page Street, Hamlet, was issued a citation for simple possession of marijuana.

n Richard James Graham, 25, Village Green Apartments, was issued a citation for simple possession of marijuana.

n Trey Edwards, 23, Hylan Avenue, Hamlet, was arrested on misdemeanor charges of assault and battery, and second-degree trespass. Bond was set at $1,500.

n Brian Nicholas Nguyen, 31, Deweese Avenue, Rockingham, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of communicating threats. He was held in Richmond County Jail until a judge set bond.

n Sarina Parson Knight, 49, Country Road, Hamlet, was arrested on misdemeanor charges of assault and battery and second-degree trespass. She was released on a written promise to appear in court.

n Gregory William Smith, 23, Brookfield Road, Rockingham, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of communicating threats. He was released on a written promise to appear in court.
