Pizza Inn and KFC of Rockingham were recently honored by parent company, Scottish Food Systems. Inc., of Laurinburg.

The Rockingham restaurants each won three awards at Scottish Food Systems’ annual meeting and awards banquet held in Myrtle Beach.

The Rockingham Pizza Inn is located at 1352 E. Broad St. The awards the restaurant received include runner-up for General Manager of the Year, presented to Sam Smith and runner-up for Assistant Manager of the Year, presented to John Stewart. The Sales Achievement Award was also presented to the Rockingham team.

The Rockingham KFC is located at 1352 E. Broad St. The awards received by KFC include the Sales Achievement Award and two Employee Retention awards. General Manager Vickie Thompson and Associate Manager Melinda Arnette accepted the awards for their team.
