Playaz Elite Motorcycle Club of Rockingham had its First Annual Bikers Against Breast Cancer charity ride and car show on June 6 in Bennettsville, S.C. Claudette Brownley was inducted into the club as a lifetime honorary member. She was presented with her own personalized motorcycle vest. Brownley is a breast cancer survivor. She was a teacher at Richmond Senior High School for many years. She was pleased to see two of her students from the class of 1976, Luther Washington of Maryland and William Patterson of Rockingham.
