Bobby Gene Johnson, 34, Wilson Avenue, Rockingham, was arrested on felony charges of two counts of statutory rape of a child and one count of disseminating obscenity.
Bond was set at $100,000.
He is charged with being involved in sexual acts with the girl and sending an obscene picture of himself to the victim over the Internet on a MySpace page, Glidewell said.

In the second case, Lavoid Daniel Tyson, 23, Stanback Road, Mt. Gilead address in Richmond County, was arrested on a felony charge of second-degree rape.
His bond was set at $100,000.
He is charged with raping a victim by force and against her will, Glidewell said.

Incidents reported to the sheriff’s office include:
n A trailer valued at $300 was stolen from a business on U.S. 1 North, Rockingham.
n At a house on McDonald Church Road, Rockingham, someone stole personal cards and $100 from a pocketbook.
n A woman told deputies that while at a house on U.S. 220 Ellerbe, she was hit several times in the face and head by a man with his fist.
n Someone did $60 damage to a door of a house on Green Lake Road, Rockingham.
n A handgun valued at $396 was stolen from a vehicle parked on Airport Road, Rockingham.
n A riding lawnmower valued at $1,000 and a grass catcher valued at $341.59 were stolen from a residence on Bear Branch Road, Rockingham.
n A woman on Old Cheraw Highway, Rockingham, told deputies she was pushed into a brick wall.

Also, this young girl may have issues. Could be the environment she was raised in. Then again it could be him that has the issues. Either way, let the police do their jobs and don't lower yourself to this childish behavior.
