The Richmond Jammers 15 Under boys basketball team finished second in the Youth Basketball of America D-I state championship in Hickory on May 3. The Jammers also placed seventh in the Amateur Athletic Union State D-II championship in Raleigh on April 26. The Jammers will be participating in the YBOA National championship July 26 through Aug. 1 in Orlando, Fla.
