Crews tend to the injured in Tuesday's wreck on U.S. 74 West.
The N.C. Highway Patrol is investigating the accident.
The riders were in the eastbound lane headed to Rockingham when the accident occurred. At some point, the cement truck was in their lane of travel.
One of the motorcycles remained lodged in one of the truck’s tires. The other motorcycle was lying in the eastbound lanes. Names of those involved are being withheld pending notification of the next of kin.
