Mr. Brock. If I could move back to North Carolina (that is, if I could move my business there), I would. Why?

Because I see the people of North Carolina as having infinitely more sense and wisdom than the people of Georgia.

I have always found them to be fairly knowledgeable, open minded, and committed to insuring that their government works for everyone. And as you said, I would love to have a voice in HB361, but since I am not a legal resident, I have to hope that more sane and rational people carry forth in granting and preserving rights that belong to everyone. As I’ve always said, and I repeat here, even after 29 years in Atlanta, Georgia, I still see myself as a North Carolinian.

You may move from your “home,” but it never moves from you. For that, I am ever so grateful. Russell Clarke I am a former resident of Richmond County.
