Rockingham police officers seized 21 grams of marijuana during an arrest recently on Pickett Street.
Kevin Danard Starnes, 24, Pickett Street, was charged with felony possession of marijuana with intent to sell or deliver and misdemeanor second-degree trespass.
Police also seized $2,988.
Bond was set at $25,000.

n Christopher Ray Sims, 18, Franklinville was arrested on misdemeanor charges of larceny and possession of a Schedule III controlled substance, Xanax. Bond was set at $500.
n William Glenn Tillman Jr., 25, Fenton Street, Rockingham, was arrested on misdemeanor charges of assault on a child under 12 years of age and driving while license revoked. Bond was set at $500.
n Cyertia Elaine Ingram, 22, JFK Drive, Rockingham, was arrested with a citation on a misdemeanor charge of larceny.
n Annie Belk, 17, Palisades Park, Rockingham, was arrested with a citation on a misdemeanor charge of larceny.
n Chad Lee Reed, 24, Thomasville, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of shoplifting. Bond was set at $500.
n Melissa Ann Parrish, 36, Longleaf Drive, Rockingham, was arrested on two misdemeanor warrants issued for failing to report to court for probation violations. Bond was set at $10,000.
n Lucia Angelica Cruz Fernandez, 40, Jimmy Carriker Road, Ellerbe, was arrested on a felony charge of identity theft. Bond was set at $1,000.
n Allison Whitney Cook, 17, Wadesboro, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge larceny. Bond was set at $500.
n Antwan Gibbs, 22, Wall Avenue, Hoffman, was arrested on misdemeanor charges on an order for arrest for injury to real property, a show cause order, failure to wear a seat belt, driving while license revoked and an invalid vehicle registration card. Bond was set at $1,000.
n Jermain Alexander Kelly, 19, Aberdeen, was arrested on warrants from Hoke County on charges of driving while license revoked, speeding, and a rear lamp violation. Bond was set at $1,800.
n Damon James Talley, 16, Firetower Road, Ellerbe, was arrested on misdemeanor charges of simple assault a injury to personal property. He was released on a written promise to appear in court.

Incidents reported to Rockingham police include:
n Someone did $100 damage to a window at an apartment on Cauthen Drive, Rockingham.
n Two teenage girls were turned over to juvenile authorities in connection with the theft of $10.88 worth of items from a store on East Washington Street, Rockingham.
n A phone valued at $429.99 was stolen from a business on East Broad Avenue, Rockingham.
n At a house on Cox Street, Rockingham, someone did $100 damage to a window breaking in and stole five firearms valued at $350 each, a $300 firearm, a $700 computer and a handgun of unknown value. Police recovered two handguns valued at $350 each.
n Damage of $300 was done to a door of a house on South Skipper Street, Rockingham.
n Diesel fuel valued at $10.22 was stolen from a store on East Boad Avenue.
n Someone broke into a vehicle parked on Hood Street, Rockingham, and stole a pocketbook for a loss of $233 plus a bank card and blank bank checks.
n An attempt to break into a house on Beaverwood Court, Rockingham, caused $300 damage to a door.
n A rock was thrown at a vehicle on North Lee Street, Rockingham, causing $100 damage to a window.
n Two 14-year-old boys were turned over to juvenile authorities after being suspected of throwing an object at a vehicle on Randolph Street, Rockingham.
n When a wallet was left in a truck parked at a store on U.S. 1 South, Rockingham, someone broke in and stole it for a loss of $475 plus bank cards and other personal cards.
