RABIES VACCINATION: N.C. State Law requires all dogs and cats four months of age and over to be vaccinated against rabies each year. All dogs and cats found without current rabies vaccination tags on collars will be subject to impoundment by Richmond County Animal Control. Licensed veterinarians will be at following locations on May 7: Ellerbe Lions Park from 4-5 p.m. and Cordova Fire and Rescue Old Cheraw Hwy, 5:30-6:30 p.m. Dogs should be on leashes and cats in carrying cages. Vaccination fee $6.
