The win lifts Richmond to 14-4 overall and 11-0 in the MSEC. The Lady Raiders return to action at 5 p.m. Tuesday when they play host to Seventy-First.
Brittany Tedder led off the sixth with a single. Tedder moved to second on Amanda Terry’s sacrifice bunt and advanced to third on Maggie McKenzie’s ground out. Rebecca Kinsey reached on an error, scoring Tedder. Kinsey was replaced on the basepath by Wood, setting up Hodges’ heroics.
