Wendy Annette Odom, 33, South Street, Rockingham, was arrested in jail on a charge of felony possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance on jail premises.
If convicted, the charge could make her a habitual felon, Glidewell said.
The drug was identified as clonazapane.

Robert Ray Brayboy, 34, Hunter Circle, Rockingham, was arrested by the sheriff’s office on felony charges of breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering, and two counts of obtaining property by false pretense.
He was released on a written promise to appear in court.
Charges are in connection with the theft of $380 worth of tools and $50 from a house on Old Cheraw Road, Rockingham.
Items were recovered from two local pawn shops.

He was released on a written promise to appear in court.
The charge is in connection with the theft of 16,000 pounds of metal valued at $5,000 from a demolition site at Mill Road and Biltmore Drive.

n At a business on Airport Road, Rockingham, someone did $100 damage to a drain pipe.
n Property valued at $438 was stolen from a yard on Chance Drive, Cordova.
n At a house on 1st Street, Safie, Rockingham, someone stole 300 pills of two separate prescriptions valued at $47.
n Four-wheel vehicle parts valued at $480 were stolen from a house on Billy Covington Road, Rockingham.
n A woman on McDonald Church Road, Rockingham, told deputies someone was using her bank debit card without permission.

n Audriana Katline Clark, 19, Arbor Road, Rockingham, was arrested on a charge of misdemeanor larceny. She was released on a written promise to appear in court.
n Clothing valued at $31.49 was stolen and recovered at a store at Falling Creek Plaza Shopping Center.
n At a business on East Broad Avenue, Rockingham, someone did $300 damage to a window and stole a $600 television set.
n At another business on East Broad Avenue, someone did $500 damage to a parked vehicle.
n Someone stole $18.74 worth of items from a store at Falling Creek Plaza.
