Vic McQueen of the Rockingham Police Department tackled the Millstone 4-H Camp high ropes course while fellow officer Glenn Harris dropped from a rope swing at Leadership Richmond’s Confidence Building Workshop Tuesday. Sponsored by the Richmond County Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Richmond is a year-long training program designed to develop and enhance the leadership skills of Richmond County residents.
