The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office recently made the following arrests:
• Steven Deon Wall, 22, of Hamer Mill Road, Rockingham, was arrested for selling cocaine. Wall was placed under a $4,000 secure bond.
• Ian Barkler Cole, 21, and David Chapman, 20, were arrested at Morrison Correctional by the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office for having possession of marijuana while on prison property. Both were given a written promise to appear and returned to Morrison Correctional.

• Breaking and entering, larceny and damage to property were reported on Feb. 25 at a residence on Highway 220 North in Ellerbe.
• Unauthorized use of motor vehicle was reported on Feb. 25 at a residence on McGirt Road in Hamlet.
• Breaking and entering and larceny were reported on Feb. 25 at a residence on Battley Dairy Road.
• Breaking and entering and domestic were reported on Feb. 26 at a location in Ellerbe.
• Larceny was reported on Feb. 27 at a location on Osborne Road in Hamlet.
• Breaking and entering and larceny were reported on Feb. 27 at a residence on Ghio Road in Hamlet.
• Larceny was reported on Feb. 27 at a residence on Mill Road.
• Larceny was reported on Feb. 27 at a location on Highway 73 East in Ellerbe.
• Breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering and damage to real property were reported on Feb. 27 at a location on Chalk Road.
• Assault with a deadly weapon and kidnapping were reported on Feb. 27 at a location on U.S. Highway 74 West.
• Assault on a female and second degree trespass were reported on Feb. 28 at a residence on Little Street.
• Breaking and entering and larceny after breaking and entering were reported on Feb. 28 at a residence on Manner Road.
• Larceny was reported on Feb. 28 at a residence on East Spear Street.
• Damage to real property was reported on Feb. 28 at a residence on Gaston McLean Road.
• Fraud was reported on Feb. 28 at a residence on Osborne Road.
• Identity theft was reported on Feb. 28 at a residence on Fayetteville Road.
• Larceny was reported on Feb. 28 at a residence on U.S. 74 in Hamlet.
• Larceny was reported on Feb. 28 at a residence on Crestwood Lane in Hamlet.
• Tampering with power pole was reported on Feb. 28 at a residence on Hannah Pickett Church Street.
• Assault on a female was reported on Feb. 28 at a residence on 2nd Street in Ellerbe.
• Structure fire was reported on Feb. 28 at a residence on Cabell Drive.
• Possession of a controlled substance in jail was reported on Feb. 28 in Richmond County Jail on Court Street.
• Breaking and entering and larceny was reported on March 1 at a residence on Manor Road.
• Overdose was reported on March 1 at a residence on Sandhill Road.
• Fraud was reported on March 1 at a residence on Ponderosa Drive in Hamlet.
• Armed robbery was reported on March 1 at a location on Page Street in Hamlet.
• Simple assault was reported on March 1 at a location on Crown Court in Cordova.
• Stolen vehicle was reported on March 2 at a residence on Carinal Drive.
• Assault was reported on March 2 at a location on Mill Road.
• Assault was reported on March 2 at a residence on Bluebridge Road in Hoffman.
• Larceny of dog was reported on March 2 at a residence on Bass Drive in Hamlet.
• Breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering and damage to property were reported on March 2 at a residence on Hannah Pickett 2nd Avenue in Aleo.
• Assault was reported on Feb. 3 at a residence in Dobbins Heights.
