GREENEVILLE, Tenn. — Janice O’Neal Howard, 89, passed away on Feb.6, 2013, while residing at Durham-Hensley Assisted Living in Greeneville, TN. Services will be held at Roberdell Baptist Church, Rockingham, at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2013, with a viewing 30 minutes prior to the service. The entombment will be immediately following the service at Richmond Memorial Park. She was preceded in death by her husbands, J.W. O’Neal and R.C. Howard. Surviving are her children Woody, Patsy, Lynn, and Julian and her step-daughters Mary, Pat, and Melvia.
