Rowena Scott
Mrs. Rowena McRae Scott was honored on Sunday, Jan. 19, 2013, by the New Hope Missionary Baptist Church, during the morning worship service.
Scott, who serves as “Mother of the church,” celebrated her 101st birthday on Jan. 21, 2013. She is a loyal and faithful member in the church’s services.
She was presented a bouquet of yellow roses along with a monetary gift by Pastor Gladys Broome and the church family.
