Rockingham police have arrested three suspects in connection with illegal drugs.

Kevin Danard Starnes, 23, Pickett Street, Rockingham, was arrested on a felony charge of possession of marijuana with intent to sell or deliver.

His bond was set at $10,000. During the arrest, police seized nine grams of marijuana.

The arrest was made on Cauthen Drive, Rockingham.

Terry Alexander Scott, 19, Eason Drive, Rockingham, was arrested on a felony charge of possession of marijuana with intent to sell or deliver, and misdemeanor charges of possession of both Schedule II and Schedule IV illegal controlled substances.

His bond was set at $2,000. During the arrest police seized 29.5 grams of marijuana.

Alphonso Carl Williams II, Shadywood Drive, Rockingham, was issued a citation for misdemeanor simple possession of marijuana. During the arrest, police seized three grams of marijuana.

n Joshua Johann Jinks, 19, West Hamlet Avenue, Hamlet, was arrested on a felony charge of larceny in connection with the theft of a moped valued at $1,200. Bond was set at $2,000.

n Robynette Evans Massey, 27, Charlotte, was arrested on an order for arrest and failing to appear in court on a charge of driving while license revoked and a seat belt violation.

n Denise Kunzymann Beverly, 43, 7th Street, Aleo, Rockingham, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of larceny. Bond was set at $500.

n Lauren Breanna Smith, 17, Spivey Street, Rockingham, was issued a citation on a charge of shoplifting.

n Holley Rossetta Bowman, 17, Cabel Drive, Rockingham, was issued a citation on a charge of shoplifting.

n Samuel Keith Whitley, 43, Richmond Road, Rockingham was arrested on a charge of misdemeanor assault on a female. He was released on a written promise to appear in court.

n William Fredrick Kranz Jr., 30, Rohanen Avenue, Rockingham, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of larceny. Bond was set at $500.

n Wanda Gail Rorie, 22, Center Street, Cordova, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of larceny. Bond was set at $500.

n Michael Shaun Benson, 30, Wagram, was arrested on two warrants for arrests for failure to appear in court on misdemeanor charges of breaking and entering, injury to real property and forcible trespass. Bond was set at $7,000.

n Scottie Levern Brewington, 44, Palisades Circle, Rockingham, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $500.
