John Calvin Robbins, 64, Beech Street, Hamlet, died, Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2012, at his residence.
A graveside service will be held Sunday, Dec. 30, at Richmond Memorial Park at 2 p.m. Burial will follow.
He was born July 13, 1948, in Scotland County, son of Arnie Atlas Robbins and Annie Belle Deaton Robbins. Robbins was also a veteran of the U.S. Army.
He is survived by his son, Adam Matthew Robbins of Chesterfield, S.C.; and a sister, Patricia Dabbs of Raleigh.
