Reverend Esther Mae Ellerbe Nixon, 87, of Waxhaw, died Dec. 19, 2012.
Funeral services were held Dec. 26, at Marvin A.M.E. Zion Church with burial in the Ebenezer A.M.E. Zion Church.
Harris Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
