Dear Editor,
I guess now after eight months of no presidential press conferences, the president can love the press again. He know he has them under his control. They are afraid of him and will not ask him the questions Americans are thirsting for (the truth).
The president is still telling us everything is under investigation. (Forever?) Does he think we are like children and cannot be told the truth? Or, is he using the media to protect his own hide because of his own incompetence? We all know the American people cannot be told the truth because of politics and the power politics bring. In other words, the government knows how to control the people by keeping the truth hidden from them.
We the people don’t want to hear a bunch of lies. Why not let us know what has happened and then let the chips fall where they may? Why is it every time Obama talks to us we are all left feeling uneasy?
P.S. The president wants to have it both ways (true or not).
Fred Caudle
Rockingham

.............In other words Mr. Caudle we now have a DICTATOR, everybody please bow down to the greatest dictator ever.

You are a MOOCHER yruatwit! How does it feel that you cannot make it on your own, that you have to steal from the earners to make a living. How do you sleep at night knowing that you are a thief? You and your kind vote for the government to take away from people who went to college or those that do honest work and are now living the American dream, and yet you come on here and call those folks names.
You can't carry on a simple conversation without name calling or mud slinging. To me that proves you have nothing of intelligence to say & I don't waste my time on haters who refuse to show kindness, consideration or respect for his/her fellow Americans. You're one less commenter I have to waste my time reading.
yruatwit...I didn't read anything in Mr Caudle's letter where he was complaining about who "won" the election. I think we should always question all of our elected politicians, regardless of party affiliation... Let's be careful who we call "simpletons" shall we? Some might say that the "simpletons" are those who chose to drag this country thru another 4 years of deceit, condescension and out-of-control taxing & spending.
