Alcohol and Drug Services honored Rockingham Police Chief Billy Kelly (left) and Major Mike Cockman (far right) with the Enrique S. Camarena Sandhills Law Enforcement award. These officers were nominated for the award by officers who attended National Night Out, ROTC students and by staff of the Sheriff's Office.
