Legal Aid of North Carolina, Pittsboro, is holding a clinic at 2:30 pm. on Monday, Nov. 19, in the conference room of the Rockingham Library, 412 East Franklin St., Rockingham.
At the clinic you will be given the paperwork and instructions to file for custody and/or visitation without an attorney (also known as Pro Se filing). The clinic is only for persons who need general information only.
The requirements for the clinic are to be financially eligible for legal aid services and not have a currently pending or filed custody or visitation action.
