Laura Grier, Richmond County 4-H agent, puts finishing touches on the North Carolina State Fair booth display representing Richmond County 4-H at this year's N.C. State Fair on October 11-21st. The booth's theme is "Racing to the Top with 4-H" and features a race track theme complete with track and cars. Laura holds a mock up model of an aerial blimp which will be suspended, as part of a larger mobile, to hang over the booth display. United Way is a primary funding agency for the local 4-H program.
