Jacqueline (Jackie) Marie Wallace Patterson, 62, of 522 Hamer Mill Road, Rockingham, died Wednesday, Oct. 3, 2012.
Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Monday, Oct. 8, at Greater Diggs AME Zion Church, 1400 Old Cheraw Hwy., Rockingham.
Public viewing will be from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 7, at Nelson Funeral Services, 1021 E. Washington St., Rockingham.
She was born Jan. 13, 1950, in Rockingham, to the late Walter and Monnie Wallace. She graduated from Leak Street High in 1968. She was employed with Richmond County Sheriff’’s Department in which she retired February 2012.
She was preceded in death by her daughter Felicia A. Patterson and brother Lee G. Wallace.
Patterson is survived by three daughters; Tawlia S. Watkins (Benny) of Fort Mill, S.C., Toma T. Patterson of Rockingham, Futurea L. Patterson of Whitsett; four grandchildren; and one brother, Ronald D. Wallace.
