Rockingham Police Department - arrests, complaints for Oct. 5, 2012

The Rockingham Police Department recently arrested Jasmine Nicole Locklear, 20, of 108 Aslington St., Rockingham, on one count of robbery with a dangerous weapon. She was released on a written promise to appear in court.

In an unrelated case, Cindy Michelle Isaac, 39, of 104 Ellen Drive, Rockingham, was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury. She was placed under a $25,000 secured bond.

Other recent arrests by Rockingham police include:

• Irene Renee Hutchinson, 48, of 360 Mizpah Road, Rockingham, was arrested for resisting a public officer, defrauding an innkeeper, and disorderly conduct. She was placed under a $500 secured bond.

• Adam Shane Bishop, 26, of 1317 Fayetteville Road, Rockingham, was arrested for possession of a stolen firearm. He was released on a written promise to appear in court.

• Jesse Junior Gaston, 48, of 201 McArthur Drive, Rockingham, was arrested for FTA- driving while license revoked. He was placed under a $1,000 secured bond.

• Mitchell Ray Smith Jr., 44, of 120 South St., Rockingham, was arrested for communicating threats. He was placed under a $500 secured bond.

• Curtis Matthew McDonald Jr., 22, of 179 Allen Road, Rockingham, was arrested for felony probation violation. He was placed under a $10,000 secured bond.

• Kelly Stubbs Hedgepath Morgan, 42, of 9 Village Terrace, Rockingham, was arrested for FTA- unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. She was placed under a $100 secured bond.

• Melissa Robin Webster, 31, of 614 35th Ave., North Myrtle Beach, S.C., was arrested for second degree trespass and resisting arrest. She was placed on a $5,000 secured bond.

• Misty Dawn Crib Locklear, 35, of 135 Lady Mary Lane, Rockingham, was arrested for assault and battery. No bond was set.

• Rico Tymone Watkins, 24, of Ellen Road, Rockingham, was arrested for FTA- failure to wear a seat belt and driving while license revoked. He was placed under a $500 secured bond.

• Brittany Nicole Short Branch, 22, of 231 Cabell Drive, Rockingham, was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon and communicating threats. No bond was set.

• Mikayla Carlson Boone, 17, of 125 Snead Ave., Rockingham, was arrested for misdemeanor larceny. She was placed under a $500 secured bond.

• Terry Alexander Scott, 23, of 214 Robinson St., Rockingham, was arrested for second degree trespassing. He was released on a written promise to appear in court.

• Tracy Elaine Covington, 42, of 404 Cadenza Loop, Fayetteville, was arrested as a federal fugitive from justice. No bond was set.

Other recent reports made to the Rockingham Police Department include:

• Larceny was reported at a restaurant on East Broad Avenue.

• Breaking and entering and larceny was reported at a residence on Covington Street.

• Trespassing and assault were reported at a restaurant on East Broad Avenue.

• Larceny was reported at a business on U.S. Highway 1.

• Larceny and assault were reported at a business on Broad Avenue.

• Counterfeit money was reported at a business on U.S. Highway 1 South.

• Assault on a female was reported at a residence on Cauthen Drive.

• Assault was reported at a residence on Palisade Circle.

• Damage to property and discharge of a firearm was reported at a residence on Long Drive.

• Shoplifting and concealment was reported at a business on East Broad Avenue.
