Skylar Diane Hughes, infant daughter of Shannon Hughes, died Wednesday, Oct. 3, 2012, at FirstHealth Richmond Memorial Hospital.
Services will be held for the immediate family on Saturday, Oct. 6.
Skylar was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Diane Hughes.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by a sister, Jada Hughes of the home; and a maternal grandfather, Randy Hughes of Rockingham.
Watson-King Funeral Home of Hamlet, is serving the family.
