Amelia celebrates with Elmo cupcakes
Amelia “Milly” Spencer Kearse celebrated her second birthday two days early on Sept. 22, 2012, at Pullen Park in Raleigh. Her parents, Elizabeth and Bryan Kearse of Raleigh, hosted the Elmo themed picnic for family and close friends. Kearse has one big brother, Charlie.
Amelia is the granddaughter of Patricia Spencer of Raleigh and the late Michael Charles Spencer, Candy and Rick Bacon of Hamlet, and Judy and Brent Kearse of Lake Wylie, S.C.
Her great-grandparents are the Rev. William S. Kearse Sr. and Edythe Kearse of Rockingham, Venita Smith and the late Lt. Col. Roy B. Smith (USAF Ret.) of Eastland, Texas, Sharon and Ken Stead of Raleigh, Charles Bernard Spencer and the late Dorothy Beatrice Garrett Spencer.
