Morehead was the Class of 2008’s Salutatorian and began North Carolina State University last fall. In late December, she was recognized as making the Dean’s List for her first semester in college.
Her major is Animal Science and extracurricular activities include being a member of the Western Riding Team, Women in Science and Engineering, and the University Scholars program.
