Nora Blue Legrand, 85, of Hamlet, died on Wednesday at her home in Baltimore, Md.
A funeral will be held at 3 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 23, at Friendship Baptist Church, with Reverend J. L. McCullers, officiating. Burial is at Dobbins Heights Cemetery.
Legrand was born on April 1, 1927.
The family will receive friends from 1 to 6 p.m. on Saturday , at Nelson Funeral Service of Rockingham.
She is survived by five children, Annie McCoy of Baltimore Md., Mary Robinson of Hamlet, Gloria Legrand of Rockingham, Claude Legrand of Wagram, and Joseph Legrand of Rockingham, 19 grandchildren and 50 great-grandchildren .
Nelson Funeral Service of Rockingham is assisting the family.
