Crystal Marie Caldwell, of Huntersville, and Christopher John Vaughn, of Charlotte, announce their engagement and upcoming union.
The bride elect is currently employed as an EC Assistant at Lake Norman Charter School, Lake Norman. She was educated at SCPCC in Charlotte. Caldwell is the daughter of John and Tina Caldwell, of Matthews.
The groom elect is currently employed with Curtis Screw Group, Cornelius, as an engineer. He is a graduate of Richmond Senior High School, Richmond Community College, and a 2012 graduate of University of North Carolina, Charlotte. Vaughn is the son of Charles and Robin Vaughn, of Hamlet. He is also the grandson of Clyde and Sylvia Smith, of Rockingham, and Linda and the late Tom Vaughn Jr., of Hamlet.
A wedding is planned for 5:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 20, 2012, at the Albemarle Road Presbyterian Church, Charlotte.
