Annette Gooselin of Marston joined the Hamlet Police Department on Aug. 29, 2012. Officer Gooselin started her law enforcement career with the Scotland County Sheriff's Office in 1998. She has experience working in the jail and as a school resource officer with the Scotland County Sheriff's Office. She recently worked with the Pinebluff Police Department.
