Crystal Dawn Norton of Laurel Hill and Bennett Craig Hawks of Ellerbe announce their engagement and upcoming marriage.
The bride-elect graduated in 2006 from Scotland High School. She is a 2011 graduate of Richmond Community College with an Associate degree in Accounting. Crystal is currently pursing a second degree at RCC, an Associate degree in Business Administration. She is employed as a Pharmacy Technician at Rite Aid in Rockingham and Laurinburg. Crystal is the daughter of Wiley and Brenda Norton of Laurel Hill.
The groom-elect is a 2006 graduate of Richmond Senior High School. He is employed as a Propane Truck Driver at Big K LP Gas Company. Bennett is the son of Ronald and Susan Hawks of Ellerbe.
A 3 p.m. wedding is planned for Oct. 6, 2012, at the Wallace Lodge in Laurinburg.
