Chandler Bates
Chandler Gregory Bates celebrated his third birthday on July 9, 2012.
A party was given by his parents, Greg Bates and Charlene Vallance, at What-a-Blast Entertainment. Thomas the Train was the party theme, pizza, cake and refreshments were served to family members and friends.
Chandler is the grandson of Al and Nan Bates of Rockingham, and Charles Vallance of Hamlet.
