Enrollment numbers for fall semester at Richmond Community College are expected to exceed last year’s record 2,464. Changes to federal regulations involving the Pell grant had some students scheduling classes Monday and Tuesday. Other students are slated to begin a 12-week mini-semester in September. College facilities and faculty loads are at capacity, and students are taking classes day and evening to get the courses they need. Classes began Monday.
