Randall Brooks McGill, 69, of Rockingham died Monday, Aug. 13, 2012, at his home.
A funeral service will be held Friday, Aug. 17, at 2 p.m. at Carter Funeral Home Colonial Chapel in Rockingham with Rev. Tommy West officiating. Interment will follow at a later date.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service and at other times at 195 Old Ellerbe Road.
Brooks was born Feb. 5, 1943, in Richmond County, a son of the late Donald and Lillie Belle Gore McGill. He was self employed and worked in the Heating and Air Conditioning business. He attended Cordova Pentecostal Holiness Church.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, Ronald McGill.
He is survived by his son, Kevin McGill of Hamlet; one grandchild and two great grandchildren.
